In addition to her background in case management and patient education, Pam has completed clinical training through her Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Her hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant, combined with her nursing education, gives her a well-rounded blend of clinical and administrative skills that enhance every patient’s experience. Pam is also trained in Clinic Administration, with expertise in organization and statistical management. These skills allow her to efficiently manage clinic operations as well as oversee training and program delivery.
